Somi hints at future plans during “Unnie’s Slam Dunk” press conference
I.O.I‘s Jeon Somi talked about her future plans as an artist during the press conference for KBS‘s popular variety show, Unnie’s Slam Dunk.
On February 8, Unnie’s Slam Dunk held a press conference at Seoul Time Square ahead of its new season. During the event, Somi talked about joining the program immediately after I.O.I’s disbandment. According to her, “I joined Unnie’s Slam Dunk right after I.O.I ended. I joined because I would never be able to be in a girl group with these members in the future.”
When asked about her future plans in the industry, she simply said:
I’m still young, so there’s still a lot I can do. As for my plans as a singer, I will first have to go back and practice more.
