Star-Studded K-Film Hit With Mixed Reactions Even Before Official Release

An upcoming K-Film set to be released in The First Ride.

The show stars some huge names, including the main actors Kang Ha Neul, Kim Young Kwang, ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo, and Kang Young Seok. In the teasers, it sees the actors playing high school students and showing their experiences as teenagers.

Yet, considering the age of the actors, some thought the plot didn’t seem to work and it felt wrong that they were playing high school students as they looked too old.

Yet, fans quickly clarified that while there are scenes where the stars are high school students, the premise of the project is a group of friends who have dreamed of going on a trip abroad, but life got in the way. After years, the friends reunite to finally have the trip and adventure they always wanted, meaning that the cast are all playing adults.
