Street Woman Fighter 2 leader Bada Lee has become a fan favorite, capturing the attention of everyone, including the K-Pop industry as idols, such as BTS‘s Jungkook and V, NCT‘s Taeyong, SEVENTEEN‘s DK and Hoshi, ITZY‘s Yeji and Ryujin, and ATEEZ‘s San, have joined her “Smoke” challenge after she created choreography for Dynamic Duo and Lee Young Ji‘s new song.
Yet, her connection with K-Pop runs deep beyond this new TikTok trend.
The JustJerk Academy dancer has also worked as both a choreographer and backup dancer in the K-Pop industry. She has choreographed many of our favorite choreographies, including NCT’s “90’s Love,” WayV‘s “Action Figure,” THE BOYZ‘s “Maverick,” NCT DREAM‘s “ISTJ,” and æspa‘s “Next Level” (just to name a few)!
She’s also worked with K-Pop idols as a backup dancer. Some notable examples are 2NE1‘s CL, BLACKPINK‘s Lisa, and EXO‘s Kai. You might recognize her from many of Kai’s promotions for his last solo album Peaches.
Bada Lee also appeared in Lisa’s iconic dancer cover of “Tomboy” by Destiny Rogers on her LILI’s FILM YouTube channel. She has chemistry with every idol she dances with!
Bada Lee actually appears to be good friends with BTS’s V as they only did her “Smoke” challenge together but worked together. Recently, they were even spotted hanging out at an event.
