Suzy has officially confirmed she will be re-signing with JYP Entertainment.
After reports that Suzy would likely renew her contract with JYP Entertainment, JYP Entertainment has released an official response.
“Suzy has re-signed with JYP Entertainment. From now on Suzy will have more meaningful and a variety of different activities.”

After her contract expired earlier this year, Suzy focused on filming her drama While You Were Sleeping.
While You Were Sleeping, which co-stars YG Entertainment actor Lee Jong Suk, is scheduled to air in September.

Suzy debuted with JYP Entertainment girl group miss A in 2010 with smash hit song “Bad Girl Good Girl.”
Since her debut, Suzy has also built an impressive acting career, starring in dramas such as Dream High, Gu Family Book, and Uncontrollably Fond.
Suzy also recently made a solo debut this year with “Yes No Maybe.”
From JYP Entertainment’s official statement, it looks like Suzy will continue to release music and take up acting projects.
