Top Hallyu Actor Holds A Surprise Fan Signing Event, But Only 7 People Show Up
Hallyu actor Jang Keun Suk recently held an impromptu fan signing to celebrate reaching 100,000 YouTube subscribers, but it didn’t turn out the way he expected it to.
In a video titled “The Reality of Jang Keun Suk Turning Gangnam Upside Down” on his YouTube channel, the actor shared his joy in reaching 100,000 subscribers. To celebrate, he held a surprise fan signing event in Gangnam for subscribers and handed out rice cakes.
However, heavy rain poured that day, and the production team worried that people would not come to get autographs because of the weather. Jang Keun Suk replied positively that he liked the rain because it added a romantic touch.
Later, a few fans appeared to get autographs, and Jang Keun Suk couldn’t hide his excitement.
However, the fan signing event was soon empty, with no people coming in. Jang Keun Suk shared that people may be shy about entering and picked up a megaphone to promote the event.

Despite his efforts, when people didn’t show up, the actor said it was because of the rain.

After accepting that more people would not show up, Jang Keun Suk decided to go out and hand out the rice cakes himself. He met with model and YouTuber Jenny Park, Kim Hyun Joong from the group SS501, actress Oh Yoon Ah, and others and gave them his leftover rice cakes.
A total of seven fans participated in the surprise fan signing event that day due to the weather, but Jang Keun Suk continued to celebrate his 100,000 subscribers joyfully. He thanked his fans for their support and said he would work hard not to let them down.
Jang Keun Suk started his YouTube channel five months ago, and he currently has over 115,000 subscribers as of this article. His most viewed video was of him revealing his luxury house.
