TWICE Proves Their Power As A K-Pop Girl Group By Accomplishing A Tour Feat None Other Has

No one is doing it like them!

Tickets for TWICE‘s upcoming 5th world tour, Ready To Be, recently went on sale, and based on accounts from fans, the fight to purchase them was stressful due to the high demand.

In fact, multiple stops in the North American and Australian legs of the tour sold out so quickly during pre-sales that additional concerts were added to certain cities, showing just how popular the K-Pop girl group is in the west!

But their quickly sold tickets isn’t the only part of the first-day sales numbers that has fans in awe of their star power. It turns out that they even sold out attendance for their concert in the Los Angeles SoFi Stadium extremely quickly, which is even more impressive since they’re the first girl group to even hold a concert there!

The stadium holds around an incredible 70,000-100,000 people total. And TWICE has now become the first girl group to ever sell out the stadium, and only the second K-Pop act to accomplish this (after BTS)!

Additionally, only a couple of American female artists — BeyoncéTaylor Swift, and P!NK — have even sold out the massive stadium before.

Last year, TWICE had already earned the title of being the first K-Pop girl group to hold a stadium concert in the U.S. after their encore concert at the Banc of California Stadium for their III tour. That stadium holds around 22,000 people, which is already impressive, but the SoFi Stadium holds over triple the capacity!

Here’s how fans are reacting to the news of TWICE’s accomplishment.

Congratulations to TWICE on this hugely impressive achievement!
