TWICE‘s recent announcement just left K-Pop fans in the Philippines stressed out, but in the best way.
The Philippines has been a huge market for K-Pop, as most groups have included the country in their tour dates.
This includes TWICE, who most recently visited the Philippines in October for their Ready To Be Tour, returning to the country after four years. Fans filled the venue in Manila over two nights, showing just how in demand the group is in the country.
On March 22, TWICE announced they would return to the Philippines for their first-ever fan meeting in the country in collaboration with snack brand Oishi.
Of course, many fans were excited for the group’s return…

…however, many were left stressed out by a detail of the fan meeting.
The fan meeting is scheduled to take place on June 1, 2024, the same day as the previously announced IU concert!
IU announced her Her world tour in mid-January 2024, releasing dates for concerts in Asia, North America, and Europe. The idol’s concert in Manila will take place on June 1 at the Philippine Arena.
If two events on the same day weren’t hard enough, it was also announced that former TREASURE member Bang Yedam will hold his first solo fan meeting in Manila on June 1.
Naturally, fans are having a timing picking which of the great K-Pop acts they will see on June 1!
