TWICE Teams Up With Nintendo For All The Gamer K-Pop Fans Out There

One fan created a TWICE-themed Switch console and we need it NOW 🤩

As if their new brand deals with Sudden AttackLemona, and Apeu weren’t enough, TWICE is adding yet another partnership to their list of 2021 endorsements. This time, they’re teaming up with Nintendo.

Last year, Nintendo-loving TWICE fans were overjoyed to find out the group’s hit “Feel Special” would be featured in the new Just Dance 2021 game for Nintendo Switch. Now, they’re taking things one step further with an official brand deal!

Launching its partnership with TWICE, Nintendo Korea uploaded several promotional shots with the group to its website. Splitting up into teams, the TWICE members tackled several popular games for the Nintendo Switch console. Jihyo and Mina tried out Ring Fit Adventure.

Alongside its main role-playing game mode, this successor to Nintendo’s Wii Fit has several fun mini-games too.

Finally, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, and Sana all tried their hands at one of Nintendo’s most well-known offerings, Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Of course, this isn’t TWICE’s first time trying out this popular game. Just days after Animal Crossing: New Horizons released, Mina and Jihyo revealed they were already hooked. Later, their fellow members began joining in on the hype.

So far, Nintendo has only released photos as part of its partnership with TWICE, but fans are hoping there’s a lot more coming on the horizon. Some ONCEs are speculating that the group may shoot a new Time to Twice reality series where the members play different games each episode.

Others are hoping for an interview where the TWICE members recommend their own favorite games for the Switch.

But if there’s one theory that’s really getting everyone hyped, it’s that TWICE may get to release a limited-edition Switch console. One creative fan has already come up with a possible design that looks so incredible, it’s attracting thousands of ONCEs and non-fans alike.
