On May 18, it was reported that two members of Omega X would be starring as romantic opposites in the same BL Drama.
BL Drama refers to Boys Love Drama, an increasingly popular genre that depicts a romance between men.
According to the group’s label Spire Entertainment, members Jaehan and Shin Yechan will be starring in the drama adaption of the webtoon Sonyeoneul Wilo Haejo (Translated to Console the boy).
The drama depicts the romance between an archery prospect Lee Da Yeol and self-diagnosed sociopath Jo Tae Hyun.
Jaehan will be playing the role of Lee Da Yeol, and Shin Yechan will be starring as Jo Tae Hyun.
The drama will be available to OTT platforms (Over The Top) in September.
Meanwhile, Omega X will be returning to fans in June with their mini-album Love Me Like.
