Virtual K-Pop Group K/DA Is Just About To Have Their First Comeback, And The Teasers Are Gorgeous

Are you excited for this girl group’s comeback??

If you haven’t heard already, the (somewhat surprisingly) popular and successful virtual K-Pop group, K/DA, is finally set to have their first comeback!

The group originally debuted on November 3, 2018, with the song “POP/STARS”. Fans of both K-Pop and League of Legends, which the characters in the group are from, were skeptical of the concept, but it ended up being incredibly well-received by both parties.

Now, almost 2 years later, the group is set to come out with a pre-release single called “The Baddest” on August 27 at 12 p.m. PT!

Teasers of all four members of the group have been released now, and the stunning artwork and new designs for each character in the game has fans hyped for the comeback. Rumor has it that the designs mean there will be new skins for the characters in-game, just like they were for the group’s debut.

First to come out was Ahri, who is voiced by (G)I-DLE‘s Miyeon in K/DA! As one of the most popular characters in League of Legends, she’s easily a fan favorite, and her design this time around is just as pretty as the first. In K/DA, she’s one of the main vocalists, and for this comeback, she’s being called “The Queen”.

The next teaser released was Evelynn, who is voiced by American singer Madison Beer. Her character in the game is as a succubus assassin, and she definitely has fun visuals and design as well. Along with Ahri/Miyeon, she’s the other main vocalist in K/DA, and for this comeback, her title is as “The Diva”.

The third teaser released was the one for Kai’Sa, who is voiced by American singer Jaira Burns. She’s a newer character in the game, able to move incredibly fast and shoot missiles from the cannons above her shoulders. In K/DA, she serves as the main dancer, which is also her title this comeback, “The Dancer”.

And last, just released today, is the teaser image for Akali, voiced by (G)I-DLE’s Soyeon. She’s an assassin as well, able to weave in and out of darkness and using kunai to attack her opponents. She’s the main rapper in K/DA, and for this comeback, her title is “The Rebel”.

Keep an eye out for their comeback tomorrow, which is likely going to be just as epic as their debut!
