Weverse Announces “Run BTS!” Is Taking A Break, And We Are Not Okay
We never thought the day would come when we’d have to share this news, but as much as it pains us to say… BTS‘s beloved variety series Run BTS! will be taking a break.
Weverse has announced that, after six years, Run BTS! will soon be on hiatus. At this time, they have yet to set a return date.
Since the first broadcast in August 2015
after being a source of strength and laugher for over 150 episodes
Run BTS will be taking a break!
Thankfully, we will at least have another episode releasing tomorrow, and it’s part 1. So, it looks like we will have two more episodes, episode 154 and 155, before the break officially starts. They will release at the usual time, on Tuesday at 9 PM KST.
Nevertheless, ARMY is collectively devastated over the news. It was all of our comfort show as it had become a weekly dose of much-needed serotonin.

On the bright side, it is likely that Run BTS! will be on hiatus just while reality series BTS In the SOOP 2 is airing. Season 2 of BTS In the SOOP premieres on October 15, with new episodes releasing every Friday on Weverse at 10 PM KST.
We know that during this time, BTS In the SOOP 2 will become our new weekly therapy.
