Following the footsteps of BIGBANG, YG Entertainment’s latest idol groups iKON and WINNER are confirmed to appear at the 2015 Melon Music Awards.
On November 5th, Melon confirmed that WINNER and iKON will be showcasing a live performance at the event scheduled on November 7th at the Olympic Gymnastics Hall in Seoul. This will be the first time that WINNER will be returning to the stage after almost a year since making their debut, while iKON will be having their first stage and officially debuting as artists at the event. It can be recalled that WINNER also attended last year’s event, having won the “Best Rookie” trophy.
Also joining the festivities, Hyuk Oh from YG Entertainment’s sub-label, HIGHGRND, is also confirmed to attend the ceremony and portray a unique and lyrical concept to their performance.
Meanwhile, as news of their attendance were confirmed, fans were quick to find out that iKON and WINNER will be sharing the same waiting room at the event, which sparked more interest once more.
