Yang Se Hyung Performs Emergency CPR Saves Elderly Woman

It is reported that after helping the woman, the comedian finished his meal before leaving the restaurant. 

Comedian Yang Se Hyung reportedly saved a life.

On April 19, Yonhap News reported that the comedian performed emergency CPR on an elderly woman choking in a restaurant in Gangnam.

It is said that the woman’s son first tried to perform the Heimlich maneuver to no avail. The restaurant is said to have then called first responders.

Sitting at the next table, Yang Se Hyung attempted the Heimlich maneuver himself, this time relieving the woman.

It is reported that after helping the woman, the comedian finished his meal before leaving the restaurant.

The restaurant manager stated, “We want to thank Yang Se Hyung for saving the customer who has been a regular at our restaurant for over ten years.”

When asked for comment, Yang Se Hyung’s agency refused, instead stating, “We have no comment on the incident.”
