YG Entertainment Responds To Reports About Popular Male Idol’s Second Marriage

According to recent reports, a veteran male idol belonging to YG Entertainment is gearing up to tie the knot with his fiancée, almost 13 years after his first marriage ended.

The idol in question is Sechskies member and TV star Eun Jiwon.

Recently, media reports claimed that Jiwon had wrapped up his wedding photoshoot with his fiancée, indicating that the marriage ceremony was right around the corner.

The singer’s label, YG Entertainment then responded to these reports, confirming that Jiwon had indeed completed the wedding photoshoot and had plans to hold a quiet wedding ceremony within this year. The event is expected to be very intimate with only his family and close acquaintances in attendance.

Eun Jiwon had married a non-celebrity in April of 2010, but they divorced in 2012. After his divorce, Jiwon was still actively engaged in broadcasting and music activities. During multiple of his TV  appearances the idol mentioned his intentions to remarry. When he appeared in Love After Divorce season 5, he stated that he wasn’t against the idea of remarriage. He also talked about the possibility of a second marriage while appearing on SBS‘s My Little Old Boy, stating that he didn’t want to spend the rest of his life alone.

Though Jiwon’s fiancée’s identity has not been made public, fans are excited to see him finally embark on his marriage journey after 13 years. Our heartiest congratulations to the couple!
