Gyuvin Breaks Company Rules For Fans One Last Time Before Leaving ZEROBASEONE

He loves fans so much.

Kim Gyuvin melted fans’ hearts with a final, emotional gesture before his departure from ZEROBASEONE.

Following the group’s final concert together, members from Yuehua Entertainment, including Gyuvin, officially wrapped up their activities with ZEROBASEONE as they prepare to debut in a new group under their original agency. Gyuvin came to see fans one last time on livestream before his contract terminated.

In a recent show, he shared the behind-the-scenes story about that last livestream. During the after-party, Gyuvin suddenly left early, casually telling those around him that he was going out to buy ice cream. He rushed to find a spot to turn on the livestream, wanting to chat with fans one last time as at midnight,  he would lose access to ZEROBASEONE’s official livestream channel.

He even broke the rules for it. Normally, livestreams require a few levels of approval from staff, but Gyuvin decided to risk it this time.

After 12, I would no longer be able to communicate with fans. We went for the after party, but it seemed to drag on. After midnight, I would no longer be a ZEROBASEONE member. At 11.50pm, I said I’d go to buy an icecream and be back. Normally, you have to get approval from many places to turn it on. But it was the last time, so I just did it. I told fans to just think that I was going on a long holiday and to wait for me a little. Then it became midnight.

Knowing it would be his final opportunity to greet fans through the group’s platform, he chose to quietly step away from the celebration to spend those last moments with them instead. Fans were deeply touched by the gesture, praising Gyuvin for prioritizing them until the very end.
