Actress Irene Wan recently avoided a disaster after catching on fire during a photoshoot.
Irene Wan is a 57-year-old Hong Kong actress who began her career in the early 80s, gaining much attention after being scouted for her first role in Lonely Fifteen. She has remained active through the years.
Recently, while attending a birthday event, the actress took the opportunity to take photos at different locations in the venue. She looked gorgeous as she posed along railings and at the venue’s bar.
However, while snapping pics at the bar, the actress leaned too far back over a candle placed on the counter, leading to her hair catching on fire! She did not notice at first as she continued posing for photos.
Her assistant put the flames out before they could progress further, and Irene Wan was left unharmed. She later said that her hair was also generally unharmed but would require some care after the incident.
We are glad everything turned out okay!
