Aespa’s Giselle And Wonho Wore The Same Halloween Costume But Served Spookily Different Vibes

They both make it look so good!

Halloween is an exciting time for K-Pop fans, as idols traditionally show their creativity through their costumes. 2021 has brought about Squid Game-inspired costumes, superhero looks, and even idols dressing as their group members.

This year, aespa‘s Giselle and Wonho opted for a classic costume to enjoy the spooky holiday.

Harley Quinn is a comic book villain who originated as a sidekick for The Joker in Batman: The Animated Series in 1992. While always popular, she reached her peak as a character when Margot Robbie portrayed her in the 2016 film Suicide Squad.

Following this big-screen adaptation, Harley Quinn costumes have become a staple of many a Halloween party. While there are many options to dress up as the beloved jester, one of the most popular costumes currently runs for up to $59.60 on Amazon.com.

However, depending on the fan’s dedication, the costume can cost over one hundred dollars, with Harley’s iconic jacket going for $45.99 alone.

Giselle opted for a modified version of the costume with a skirt instead of the shorts worn in the film.

She also wore a custom jacket with “Jolly Queen” written on the back instead of Harley’s original design.

Giselle went above and beyond by including all of Harley’s tattoos and even carrying Harley’s beloved bat with her all evening.

Wonho wore a more traditional version of the costume with dyed red & blue blonde hair and full makeup.

While it’s unclear what the back of the jacket says, fans were quick to point out that the cheeky picture he posted suggests he might be wearing the shorts.
