AOA’s Seolhyun is known for her incredible figure and she’s just revealed the diet and exercise regimen that worked for her.
On January 2nd, Seolhyun guest starred on an episode of jTBC’s Take Care of my Fridge. In one of the segments, Seolhyun was asked how she maintains her figure.
According to her, “It’s not about cutting out food. Instead, I eat whatever I want, just in smaller amounts.” When asked about her own habits, she disclosed that instead of not eating at night, she tends to skip breakfast.
This admission garnered some criticism as the hosts reminded her of the benefits of breakfast for one’s health. Seolhyun simply gave her own view and said, “I’ll do it anyway. Eat a little for breakfast and a lot for dinner.”
Aside from her diet, Seolhyun also talked about her exercise regimen the physical training and Pilates she does when she gets the time.
Seolhyun’s recent diet seems to really contrast with the rigorous diet she had to endure last year. Back in June, she expressed that it was hard for her to maintain her figure as she found dieting difficult. During the height of her popularity, she would only eat one meal a day and even had to go on a liquid diet before filming a drama.
In 2016, she placed ninth on the list of the most beautiful bodies in South Korea.
