Baek A Yeon reveals how extreme she gets to maintain her body

Just how much does Baek A Yeon allow herself to eat each day?
On SBS Power FM Choi Jung Hwa’s Power Time, Baek A Yeon revealed her shocking diet plans for any given week. She revealed “I am only allowed to eat what I want to once a week. The other 6 days, I only eat lunch because I skip breakfast and dinner.” She showed some humor, adding “I don’t eat breakfast because I’m usually not awake for it.”

When asked if she would continue living like this, she replied, “I’m still alive so I’ll keep doing it. I won’t be able to continue [living] like this in the future.”


Choi Jung Hwa also asked about possible side-effects and Baek A Yeon replied, “I haven’t experienced the yo-yo effect yet. Even when I gain a bit of weight, I can just starve for a day and I’ll lose it all again.”

Baek A Yeon’s reason for dieting is that she hates exercise. Her firm stance against exercise includes “I get tired from exercise and then I can’t do anything for the rest of the day.”

Baek A Yeon also relayed Park Jin Young‘s reaction regarding her body frame, which is currently 162 cm (5 feet 4 inches) and 43 kg (95 lbs). “Park Jin Young told me to stop losing weight, that it’s not good for my health.”
