BLACKPINK’s Jennie Reveals Why The Group Doesn’t Go On Many Variety Shows During Comebacks
Something that a lot of K-Pop groups do during a comeback is going on variety shows to promote their music. However, not every group does this. During a recent episode of Knowing Brothers, BLACKPINK‘s Jennie shared the reason why the group doesn’t go on many variety shows when they make comebacks.
During the episode, it was revealed that Jennie is the one in charge of talking to their agency (YG Entertainment) if they have any complaints or requests.
When asked what the most recent complaint she made was, Jennie shared that she requested for more Korean variety show appearances for the group.
Jennie then revealed that YG Entertainment limits their variety show appearances since they want to give the members some time to rest.
However, for this comeback, the BLACKPINK members decided that they wanted to go on variety shows rather than rest.
