BLACKPINK's Jennie & Lisa Both Wore Sheer Skintight Outfits But Slayed In Different Ways

BLACKPINK are some of the biggest idols on the planet and influence pop culture in several ways, including fashion. Because of this, it’s no surprise that the group sometimes rock similar looks, like Lisa and Jennie recently did!

Both stars wore slightly different versions of Mugler’s Illusion sheer body suit. The body suit features a thin strip of color fabric over the chest and short sleeves, while the rest is made of sheer material, giving the appearance of an extremely cropped top with off-shoulder sleeves. One version of the outfit is currently available for $590 USD, while the metallic version retails for $920 USD.

Lisa wore the metallic version of the outfit during the first weekend of BLACKPINK’s Coachella 2023 takeover.

The metal portion of Lisa’s outfit is from the F/W 2022 collection of designer YUEQI QI, and was altered to fit her look!

Jennie wore the bodysuit in the teasers for “Pink Venom,” earning criticism from netizens who thought the outfit was “inappropriate.” One key difference is that Jennie’s outfit was custom-made to be pink!

Jennie added a specially made shoulder piece and skirt from the brand LA CAGE, making the revealing outfit a little more covered up. The stunning shoulder piece helped give a bit of a tougher image overall.
