BTS’s Music Is Changing Everyday Life For This Special Needs Boy

“4 O’Clock” calms him down.

Countless ARMYs around the world have shared stories about how BTS‘s music has helped them through various struggles, and for one family that struggle is with autism.

On September 14, a mother named Gisele shared a heartwarming anecdote about BTS’s soothing effect on her son, Adam. According to Gisele, Adam’s autism causes him to suffer “crises” that became less frequent after BTS’s music was brought into their home.

In the video, Gisele strokes her son’s hair while singing “4 O’Clock” to him like a lullaby. She says that it is the only thing that calms Adam down.

Giselle thanked and RM for the gift of their beautiful song.

Before Adam was introduced to BTS’s music, he was non-verbal. Now, he sings along with BTS in Korean.

Gisele’s post has been retweeted over 31,000 times and has been liked over 68,000 times. Hundreds of netizens have been touched by her son’s story, and many have shared their own.

This isn’t the first time BTS’s music has made a significant difference in the life of a special needs child. In July, a mother by the name of Amanda Zelno wrote about how J-Hope‘s voice calms her son down during his fits.

With the help of ARMYs, Amanda Zelno’s post eventually came to BTS‘s attention. J-Hope, or another member of BTS, “liked” the post using the official BTS Twitter account.

It’s been said that “to the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world”. Touching stories like these ones prove just how true that is!
