BTS’s Jungkook Reveals The Stage Names That He Almost Debuted With
Jungkook is one of the few members in BTS that doesn’t use a stage name, as he just uses his real name.
During an episode of Knowing Brothers, Jungkook shared that he originally was going to debut with a stage name, but it didn’t end up working out. One of the potential options was “Seagull”, as Jungkook is from Busan, and the official bird of the city of Busan is the seagull.
However, Jungkook didn’t like this name too much, so he didn’t end up using it.
Jungkook also considered using the stage name “Tattoo”, but this name ended up getting scrapped.
“Ian” was another stage name that was considered, but this too was a name that Jungkook ended up discarding.
