Chinese ARMYs are not to be underestimated!

BTS V‘s Chinese fan club, “Baidu Kim Tae Hyung Bar” recently shared a photo proving just how much money they raised in order to show their support for V’s birthday.

After hearing the announcement, fans acted quickly and managed to earn 100 million won (~$85,000 USD) in less than 30 minutes.

And that’s not where it ended. The fan club surpassed 170 million won (~$145,000 USD) after just four hours and set a very impressive record.

Baidu Kim Tae Hyung Bar’s original goal was to raise 50 million won (~$40,000 USD) in 5 days, but they surpassed that amount in just 3 minutes which goes to show just how passionate Chinese ARMYs are.

In the past, Chinese ARMYs congratulated V on his birthdays by putting up signs in busy areas of Toronto, Canada, and Paris, France. In addition, they even put up a sign for V’s birthday in New York, Times Square and drew overwhelming attention.

As such, there’s a lot of anticipation regarding what the Chinese ARMYs will do next with the large sum of money they earned in record time.
