Fans claim Hello Venus' stylist gave Yooyoung a shirt too small

Hello Venus member Yooyoung has been placed under the spotlight after GIFs of her during a performance went viral.

Animated GIFs of the girl group member have recently resurfaced through the Korean online community site, Instiz. The short clips were taken from a fan-taken video during Hello Venus’ performance in Busan on May 20th earlier this year.

Hello Venus was invited to numerous music festivals in South Korea, especially in May, right after the group released their single “Glow”. Just two months later, Fantiago quickly dropped another single, “Paradise”, both with music video releases.

Yooyoung’s concept was to wear short shirts that would reveal her waist, but it caused her a wardrobe malfunction during this particular performance. Throughout the performance, Yooyoung was seen pulling down her shirt numerous times, when she was not singing her lines. Some parts during the song, the shirt was even so short that her undergarments showed.

In related news, there has been talk going around that fellow member Nara has earned the nickname of being “the next Seolhyun“.
