Fans Believe BTS Just Hinted They’ll Be Performing “Run BTS” At Their Concert In Busan

RM and J-Hope may have just dropped some clues about the upcoming show.

BTS attended the 2022 The Fact Music Awards on October 8, KST, and left a lasting impression on fans, possibly giving spoilers for their upcoming concert in Busan.

Earlier this summer, BTS was appointed as ambassadors for the World Expo 2030 Busan. It was then announced that the group would be holding a free concert in Busan to support the bid for the city to host the World Expo 2030.

The concert is expected to draw around 100,000 people to Busan, the second-largest city in South Korea.

Busan is already seeing the effects of having the superstar group perform a free concert in the city.

Flights have been added to accommodate travelers, additional trains and buses will run on the day of the concert, and the city will receive “borahaefication” in honor of the group.

As excitement for the large-scale global event mounts, fans look forward to seeing BTS live in concert for the first time in six months after they concluded their BTS Permission to Dance On Stage tour in Las Vegas in April of this year.

After their last concert in April, the group released their anthology album PROOF, along with three new songs, “Yet To Come,” “For Youth,” and “Run BTS.”

While the group has performed both “Yet to Come” and “For Youth,” we have yet to receive a performance of “Run BTS” outside of members V and Jungkook singing parts of the song on separate live broadcasts.

The track that hits speaks to their climb to success since their debut is reminiscent of BTS’s earlier songs and has fans eager to hear the song live. They’re especially eager to see what dance the song may have, as the group is known for their impressive choreography.

BTS attended the 2022 The Fact Music Awards (also known as the 2022 TMAs) on October 8 KST, and took home seven awards. While giving one of their speeches, BTS’s J-Hope and RM seemed to give a hint about their upcoming concert in Busan that has led fans to believe they might be performing “Run BTS” live for the first time.

On stage, BTS’s J-Hope gave a hint for the Busan concert; in a literal translation, he said, “We’ll be running hard, right?” What he said could also mean, “We’ll be giving it our best, right?” as “to run” in Korean can be interpreted as “go at something 100%.”

While that alone may not have been a clue they might perform “Run BTS” at the concert, fans also noticed a possible hint from RM as he was seen running in place a few moments later.

ARMYs theorized he might be doing some of the possible choreography for “Run BTS,” giving more strength to the possibility that they could soon perform the song for the first time live.

Fans already began to imagine the magical moment excitedly, hoping that the “clues” were real for the upcoming Busan concert.
