BTS‘s Jungkook previously shared his full workout routine that requires no equipment and can easily be done at home. Regardless of your fitness level, anyone can participate! For a harder challenge, repeat the circuit as many times as you want. Get ready to get ripped like Jungkook!
1. 20 Squats
Sit back and keep your knees behind your toes as you squat down. Like Jungkook, you can extend your arms for added balance.
2. 20 Push-Ups
You can do standard push-ups or assisted push-ups (on your knees) depending on your skill level.
3. 20 Jump Squats
As you stand up from the squat, push through your heels and jump.
4. 20 Pike Push-Ups
Starting in a plank position, lift your body up to a V-shape like Jungkook. Lower your upper body to the floor and push back to the starting position for 1 rep.
5. 10 Shoulder Blade Planks
Also known as scapular plank push-ups, lower your body up and down (similar to the motion of a push-up) for 1 rep.
6. 20 Mountain Climbers
In a slightly elevated plank position, bring your knees to your chest.
7. 20 Crunches
Use slow and controlled motions without straining your neck to get abs like Jungkook!
8. 15 Burpees
From a standing position, bend down and jump or step into a plank position. Jump/step back in and stand up to complete 1 rep.
9. 20 Leg Raises
With your back on the floor, slowly bring legs up to 90 degrees and lower back to the floor for 1 rep. (Are you feeling the burn yet?)
10. 20 Supermans
With your stomach flat on the ground, raise arms and legs up and back down for 1 rep. Congrats, you completed every exercise! Now try to repeat the circuit.
