The Korean Drama TWICE’s Jihyo Can’t Stop Watching

She still can’t get over it, especially one particular character.

While featuring in a solo pictorial for 1st Look magazine, TWICE‘s Jihyo shared some of her favorite interests. That included the Korean drama she can’t move on from and the character who lives rent-free in her mind.

When Jihyo chose between her two most-liked genres, thriller and romance, it was a no-brainer for the idol. Jihyo explained that she “prefer[s] romance these days” and named a K-Drama that checked off that box.

Jihyo revealed that she’s been loving My Liberation Diary, also known as My Liberation Notes. There was also a standout character for her among the main cast.

While watching the drama, Jihyo couldn’t help falling for the mysterious stranger Mr. Gu, played by actor Son Suk Ku. With the brightest smile, she confirmed the character held a special place in her heart.

Jihyo admitted that she enjoyed the drama and characters so much that she hasn’t been able to watch anything else.

I want to start watching another drama, but I don’t want to let this go. So I haven’t been able to move on to another one.

If Jihyo can’t get over it, seeing three siblings and a mysterious stranger seek excitement from their repetitive daily lives might also catch your interest.
