During LE SSERAFIM‘s episode of Weekly Idol, member Garam revealed her important role in “FEARLESS” promotions, which could be a new trend for stage performances.
LE SSERAFIM was recently a guest on the popular variety show, Weekly Idol. During the episode, the group had fun dancing to their new debut single “FEARLESS,” discussing their living arrangements, and debating whether liking coffee is a milestone for maturity. There were many funny moments as the members revealed their personalities during their appearance.
The members were also able to showcase their individual charms and gave fans a chance to get to know them a little better.
Member Garam caught the hosts’ attention when she introduced herself as the “intro fairy” of LE SSERAFIM.
The “ending fairy” trend has been a hot topic lately as idols continue to display their stunning visuals at the end of tiresome performances. LE SSERAFIM’s leader Chaewon further explained the craze in a recent interview.
Hosts Kwanghee and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk couldn’t help but question what the “intro fairy” title entailed, jokingly asking if it meant she just sings the intro and leaves the stage.
Garam clarified that intro fairies play a crucial role in the start of the performance. In the choreography for “FEARLESS,” Garam is in the front for the opening dance and also sings the first lines of the song. She explained that it’s the intro fairy’s job to enchant viewers at the beginning of a performance.
The group has been actively promoting their debut album, FEARLESS, giving Garam plenty of opportunities to captivate fans with her intro fairy role. We’ll have to wait and see if this becomes the newest craze!
