Girl Group To Disband In June, 11 Years After Debut
After over a decade, an idol girl group has announced its disbandment. Their agency has also shared some of the members’ plans for the future.

Omiya I☆DOLL is a Japanese idol group that’s local to Omiya, Saitama, Japan. The group was formed in November 2014, and currently includes Watanabe Aya, Sakurai Hitomi, Ichinose Ritsu, Futaba Misaki, and Hitotoki Sara. It also includes Wakana Saki, Sagara Amu, Oda Chiho, and Kamiki Yuno as part of Omiya I☆DOLL‘s Kenshuusei group (trainee group), I☆DOLL BRAVE.

The idols’ agency, Dreaming Works, stated that after careful consideration, the members have decided to end their group activities. Saki Wakana is planning to leave the agency entirely, while other members of I☆DOLL BRAVE (Sagara Amu, Oda Chiho, and Kamiki Yuno) are planning to stay.
The group will disband on the day of their final group performance on June 8.
