Park Bom Fails to Recognize Oh My Girl Live on Television
On the most recent episode of Mnet’s Queendom, Park Bom was waiting to meet her “hoobaes” when Oh My Girl appeared.
As soon as Oh My Girl saw Park Bom, they greeted her with delight by exclaiming, “Sunbae! Oh my goodness!”
But after greeting them back, Park Bom asked, “Which group are you from?”
Oh My Girl seemed taken aback by this, but they calmly answered, “We’re Oh My Girl.”
In a following interview with the producers, Park Bom explained, “I knew about Oh My Girl, but my condition wasn’t so good, so I forgot.”
She shyly added, “They were so pretty and well-mannered.”
Fans who watched this bit responded with contrasting opinions with one side claiming it was rude behavior, and the other side coming to Park Bom’s defense that it was possible for her to not know who Oh My Girl is.
