Park Hyung Sik Opens up About Why His Friendship with BTS's V and Park Seo Joon Is so Special

With the release of the film, Juror 8 right around the corner, Park Hyung Sik spoke in an interview about his work as well as his personal life.

During the interview, Park Hyung Sik brought up his close friends, Park Seo Joon and BTS‘s V, whom he grew close with while filming the 2016 drama, Hwarang.

He explained what kind of personality he has by saying, “I don’t go out of my way trying to do things in front of other normal people. I’m not the type to make an effort at getting close to people, but I’m not the type to be all alone either.”

Park Hyung Sik continued and shared that once in a while when he’s working on a project on set, he meets people he meshes well without the need to make any effort.

He then brought up Park Seo Joon and BTS’s V and said, “You could say that the friends I met during Hwarang are like my soulmates.”

Park Hyung Sik explained just how close they are by adding, “I end up looking for them all the time. With them, it’s easy for me to say ‘what are you doing?’, ‘let’s go out to eat’, or ‘let’s go see a movie’ without any hesitation.”

Following the 2016 drama, Hwarang, Park Hyung Sik, Park Seo Joon, and BTS’s V became very close friends and they are currently well-known as one of the most iconic best friends of the Korean entertainment industry.
