Rain Nearly “Cries” After Experiencing What It’s Like Being The Maknae Of A Group
Rain is currently a mentor and trainer for the survival show I-LAND and has shown his tough personality many times.
However, when Rain is with his group members of SSAK3, he becomes a helpless maknae.
During an episode of Hangout with Yoo, it happened to be Rain’s birthday, and Lee Hyori and Yoo Jae Suk were happily congratulating him.
This congratulatory message didn’t last long, as Lee Hyori told Yoo Jae Suk that Rain requested to get off of work early.
Yoo Jae Suk originally praised Rain for this, as he believed that all three of the members would be getting off of work early. Lee Hyori then shocked Yoo Jae Suk when she told him that Rain had only requested for himself to get off early.
Rain soon explained his situation, stating that he had a family appointment he was required to go to.
Lee Hyori and Yoo Jae Suk then tease Rain by asking if he’s actually going to a family appointment and not partying.
Also, the cast members weren’t upset at him for leaving early. They were upset because Rain didn’t ask the producers if all the cast members could leave early, he only asked for himself.
Lee Hyori and Yoo Jae Suk start questioning Rain more, asking if the family appointment has any friends coming.
Rain then gets a little “emotional”, telling them that only family members are coming.
All of this eventually got to the maknae, as he told the producers that he can’t sleep the night before he comes on Hangout with Yoo, as he has to mentally prepare himself for all the teasing from Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Hyori.
The teasing didn’t stop there, as Lee Hyori and Yoo Jae Suk then “criticize” Rain for his role in I-LAND, jokingly stating that he’s not qualified.
They also tease him for his harsh attitude on the show, as they don’t think it fits him. However, Rain tells them that he’s quite intimidating in front of other people, it’s just that Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Hyori are some of the few people who can tease him constantly.
