Recently, Seulgi was promoting her solo debut with “28 Reasons” while MAMAMOO was promoting “ILLELLA,” the title track of their 12th mini album, MIC ON. Since their stages overlapped, it was no surprise that Moonbyul stopped by to greet Seulgi backstage, and she asked Seulgi to sign an autograph not only for her but also for her manager. It turns out, he’s a huge fan of Seulgi’s, to the point where he even had her as his wallpaper at one point.

Seulgi was flattered that he was such a big fan of hers, but Moonbyul couldn’t help but tease her manager, playfully complaining about how he acted so differently around Seulgi than with MAMAMOO. Even though he’s only in the corner of the screen, it’s easy to see that he’s absolutely starstruck by Seulgi, a response he’s hardly given to MAMAMOO.
Afterward the warm exchange, Moonbyul and Seulgi poured over Seulgi’s album together, and Moonbyul commented on how she got chills after watching Seulgi’s album trailer. She was utterly impressed by Seulgi’s acting, and she speaks on behalf of all who have watched her trailer.
