Red Velvet‘s Seulgi was a trainee for a long time, and she has many interesting stories from these days. Seulgi recently shared how she got surprised for her birthday during her trainee days.
Seulgi shared that during her trainee days, trainees would often throw birthday parties.
Not only that, but Seulgi also revealed that trainees would often do hidden camera pranks.
One time for Seulgi’s birthday, some trainees acted as if they were fighting. When Seulgi saw this, she tried to make them stop. Seulgi, however, cried when trying to break up the fight.
Once Seulgi began crying, the lights suddenly turned off, and Seulgi’s fellow trainees brought out a cake and wished her a happy birthday! Seulgi would get pranked like this for other birthdays, but she eventually got used to them, to the point where she would sometimes pretend she got fooled!
Once Seulgi debuted, she started celebrating her birthday with her fans!
