SEVENTEEN's BSS Wasn't Ready For Their Age Difference With HYBE's Other 4th Generation Groups

While SEVENTEEN debuted in 2015, the BSS unit debuted in 2018, joining the groups of the fourth generation. Making a comeback in 2023, BSS wasn’t ready for how young idols have become.

DK and Hoshi pointed out that they were in the same generation as HYBE‘s young groups LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, ENHYPEN, and TXT. That’s when Seungkwan noted something funny.

He reminded Hoshi, “You do know you’re almost ten years older than their youngest member?”

After they all laughed, Hoshi explained that ENHYPEN’s Ni-Ki was nine years younger than him. Seungkwan’s point still held weight with other fourth-generation groups, though.

As the oldest BSS member, Hoshi is twelve years older than NewJeans’ Hyein, born in 2008, and ten years older than LE SSERAFIM’s Eunchae, born in 2006.
