TWICE’s Momo Shares Her Secret to Getting Rock Hard Abs
Spring is slowly creeping up around the corner, which means many people are focusing on dieting techniques in preparation for their more revealing outfits. In particular, TWICE‘s Momo once revealed her secret to her rock hard abs, and it’s receiving overwhelming attention on the internet.
On an episode of MTV’s The Show, Momo shared how she gets rid of all her belly fat by demonstrating her key exercise.
The exercise is simple, and it’s called the “twist plank”. First, you must position yourself on the ground as if you’re about to do a normal plank.
Secondly, you must keep your shoulders still while twisting your upper body and hips from left to right.
On the show, Momo recommended that you do 50 reps of this at a time, 3 times a day.
If you try it yourself, you’ll realize how difficult it is to even do 10 of these at first. But that also means this exercise is effective enough to give you the spring body you’ve been dreaming of all winter.
