After Tzuyu revealed that she turns to Nayeon for advice, Nayeon shyly shared what she is grateful to Tzuyu for. She opened up about how proud she was during their debut with “Like OOH-AHH” that Tzuyu was part of their group.
There were many times I was so grateful and proud that you were in our team. This is so embarrassing. I’m saying this because I thought about it often. I was really grateful that you were in our team.
According to Nayeon, it’s all thanks to Tzuyu’s immense popularity that TWICE received a lot of attention. She was the reason why many people took interest in the group and learned more about the other eight members.
People paid a lot of attention to us in the beginning because of you. And because of you, they had a chance to get to know the rest of us. You played a big role in kickstarting our career, so I really want to thank you. Really. I mean it.
Smiling, Tzuyu graciously accepted Nayeon’s words. Her appreciation for Tzuyu was clear as day!
