Yeon Woo Jin and Jo Yeo Jung likely candidates for upcoming drama “Divorce Lawyers in Love”

On January 7th, it was revealed that actor Yeon Woo Jin and actress Jo Yeo Jung were in contract negotiations involving the upcoming SBS drama Divorce Lawyers in Love. 

Although nothing has been finalized yet, it was reported that the two met with SBS and after a favorable meeting, came to a verbal agreement.

Divorce Lawyers in Love, which is said to be a romantic comedy, focuses on two divorce lawyers who, despite constant bickering, will eventually fall in love. Not much else has been revealed about the upcoming drama.

Yeon Woo Jin has been involved with several romance dramas recently, including tvN’s Marriage, Not Dating and MBC’s When a Man Falls in Love. Despite not having starred in a drama in 2014, Jo Yeo Jung is no stranger to the genre either, having starred in tvN’s I Need Romance and KBS2’s Haeundae Lovers. With so much experience with the genre between the two leads, there are high expectations for the chemistry between Yeon Woo Jin and Jo Yeo Jung in the upcoming drama.

Divorce Lawyers in Love is scheduled to begin airing after the broadcast of The Family Is Coming, and will air on weekends on SBS starting in March.

Jonghyun holds first showcase as a solo artist for “BASE”

SHINee’s Jonghyun holds a special showcase to celebrate the upcoming release of his debut album, BASE. 

On January 8th, Jonghyun dominated the stage as a solo artist as he exclusively performed the tracks from his debut release, Base, which was held at SMTOWN Coex Artium, Seoul, South Korea.

He performed the tracks “Beautiful Tonight,” “Hallelujah,” “Deja-Boo” together with Zion.T, before closing the event with a special performance of “Crazy (Guilty Pleasure)” together with rapper IRON. The singer further decorated his performances with a number of notable costume changes all through the showcase.

To support him for his debut showcase, Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung attended the event as the MC, while fellow SHINee members Minho and Taemin were reported to be in attendance.

Meanwhile, Jonghyun will be releasing Base on January 12th, while the full music video for his track “Crazy (Guilty Pleasure)” was released earlier today.

YG Entertainment confirms Seunghoon’s absence on WINNER’s “WWIC 2015” in Beijing, China

Fans showed their support for WINNER’s Seunghoon as news of his current health condition was revealed by YG Entertainment. 

On January, YG Entertainment updated their official Weibo page with a statement saying, “Hello Inner Circle, we are YG Entertainment. Due to health reasons, Lee Seunghoon won’t be able to participate in WINNER’s WWIC 2015 in Beijing. We apologise to the inconvenience caused, I hope you understand.”

Since the notice circulated online, fans have been showing their support for Seunghoon through the tag #getwellsoonseunghoon, which managed to enter Twitter’s top trending list.

Meanwhile, WINNER will be kickstarting their fan meet Worldwide Inner Circle Conference 2015 in Beijing, China on January 10th, followed by stops in Shanghai and Shenzhen on January 17th and 24th.
