In honor of everyone she’s worked with on MBC Starry Night Radio, Younha dedicated a video titled “Hello Starry Night” to the show on November 2nd, the day of her last broadcast.
After serving as DJ on the radio show for the last three years and five months, the singer officially left her position to dedicate more time towards her upcoming album.
The video featured a song by Younha herself, as well as a slideshow of the fun times she’s had on the show, and photos she’s taken with various guests throughout the years. The guests shown throughout the video include celebrities such as entertainer Noh Hong Chul, veteran singer Kim Chang Wan, and more. Younha shared the video on her Twitter account, along with a message thanking everyone who worked with her on Starry Night Radio for the memories they’ve shared, and wishing everyone happiness.
Although fans were disappointed upon hearing of her departure from the show, they have been overwhelmingly supportive of her decision to focus her energy on her music.
The solo singer is currently working on a new album, and will also be holding a year-end concert at Ehwa Womans University on December 27th and 28th.
