On November 17th, WA Entertainment girl group MAMAMOO released the MV trailer for their upcoming track “Piano Man.”
The four member group, which is comprised of Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Whasa, has been praised for their vocal abilities and definitely put those abilities on display with their MV teaser. The video started out slowly with some singing and snapping accompanying black and white footage (save a red telephone box and a neon MAMAMOO sign), but when the the scene switched, red curtains opened, presenting the girls who proceeded to belt out some powerful notes.
MAMAMOO showed that they are a group with attitude, dancing and singing energetically before the curtains closed on the short 32-second teaser. In the video, the girls were seen wearing a myriad of different outfits, which included the gorgeous embroidered dresses from their first image teaser for their comeback.
Fans have been anticipating MAMAMOO’s new album after the group announced their comeback, but many were disappointed when the release was delayed due to music video production. So far, the music video looks incredible, so perhaps fans can forgive the girls for the delay. The full music video for “Piano Man” is set to be released on November 21st, along with the full album.
