Similar storyboards in San E‘s “Me You” music video have been found to be oddly familiar and similar to B1A4‘s “Lonely” music video, prompting netizens to call out plagiarism.
On September 25th, a netizen published a post on online community board Pann with the title “Guys, was this music video not plagiarized?” and writes, “B1A4’s ‘Lonely’ and San-E & Yerin’s ‘Me You’ is the same!.”

The original poster continues, “‘Lonely’ was published first in January 2012. ‘Me You’ went public this April. ‘Lonely’ was released approximately 15 months earlier.”
“The point I realized it might be plagiarism? from the beginning,” they note.
“The first image is from ‘Lonely’ and the second image is the beginning of ‘Me You.’ Don’t you guys think they look similar?” asks the netizen.
“In this scene, the two show the person trying to grab the other person who keeps rising up,” says the netizen.
“Both are holding to a tied string,” continues the poster, “I was unsure after the first part but I realized it had to be after this scene.”
“Finally, these two scenes when the person is floating up,” completes the netizen before finally commenting, “Are they really not alike? I can’t believe this wasn’t a bigger issue. What do you guys think?”
