The Latest Japanese Delicacy—Rice Balls Made With The Armpit Sweat Of Cute Girls

It’s the latest one going viral.

Japan is oftentimes the home of the craziest inventions!

The one that is currently going viral online is onigiri (rice balls) made from the sweat of “cute girls.” It is a local delicacy that is typically formed into a triangle shape using the palm of one’s hand.

This time around, however, it is specially formed with an attractive woman’s armpit. The said woman makes the onigiri in front of the paying customers so they can watch the preparation process up-close.

Her job starts by first sanitizing the ingredients to ensure maximum cleanliness. She then exercises to build up sweat which she then transfers to the rice ball. She does this by placing the uncovered rice on her armpit and squeezes it until it reaches the desired shape.

Because of the unique way it is handled, the onigiri is sold for a premium. While one ball usually costs around 100 yen ($0.65 USD), this one is around ten times more.

This rare delicacy was available as early as 2016. Back then, a reporter was able to give his first-hand account on it. He was fully satisfied and gave it full stars, saying that the flavor was enhanced because it was made by a beautiful woman.

It’s so good! I didn’t know that it could be this good just because a beautiful woman made it.
