Famously, Min Hee Jin, who is now the CEO of ADOR, was once the creative director at SM Entertainment. She gave birth to Pink Tape, one of the most celebrated K-Pop albums to date. Pink Tape’s artistic value was unmatched, and it catapulted f(x) to the top.
It is said that Min Hee Jin has strong ties with BANA. As she has worked with the people at BANA since her time at SM Entertainment, she remains deeply connected to them. NewJeans’ producing is also handled in part by BANA. With a whole in-house producing team available at HYBE, Min Hee Jin’s choice to entrust her group to BANA shows the deep links between her and the company.
