Netizens Accuse JYP Entertainment Of Forcing Stray Kids’ Hyunjin To Do “Damage Control”
Netizens believe Stray Kids‘ Hyunjin was made to do “damage control” after fans demanded better treatment for the idol from JYP Entertainment.
Recently, netizens have been demanding better treatment for Hyunjin, with a list going viral of times that JYP Entertainment has “mistreated” the idol. It includes issues with choreography from the past, lack of schedules, and recent treatment on overseas schedules.

Some of the issues coincided with his trip to Milan for Milan Fashion Week where he attended a show for Versace. Although Hyunjin looked great and made an impact, there were complaints of a lack of security and no stylist.
Recently, Hyunjin did a live broadcast and while talking to fans, the idol was called by staff and was away from the screen for some time.
After some time of fans just seeing Hyunjin’s chair, the idol arrived back, but initially, only half of his face was seen, and he appeared to be doing something off the camera.
He then started speaking again, but fans noticed he could’ve been looking at someone as he explained, “Anyway, I enjoyed it. At Versace…”
The idol then spoke positively about the experience, emphasizing Versace’s role in his styling at the event.

While some fans saw nothing odd about the situation, fans quickly thought that JYP was trying to do damage control. In particular, fans thought that the staff was aware of what was going on and asked Hyunjin to try to appease the fans by praising his experience at Milan Fashion Week.
