Recently, former MADEIN member Gaeun directly spoke up against CEO “A” for molesting her.

Gaeun’s legal representatives from the Hanbit Labor Rights Center released statements on April 29, KST, accusing CEO “A” of repeatedly subjecting her to unwanted physical contact. They also clarified that Gaeun initially refrained from legal action because she wished to remain in the group. Instead, she resolved the matter with a written agreement and a settlement. However, despite admitting his wrongdoing initially, “A” later changed his stance and forcibly removed her from the group.
This was initially reported anonymously, before Gaeun stepped forward to share the allegations herself.

The company has addressed the claims, sharing that there was a police investigation ongoing, and counter-accused Gaeun of demanding “a large sum” as settlement for “one-sided claims related to an incident that had already been reported.”
