Popular “Young And Rich” Idol Purchases Building In All Cash
The news that TWICE’s Jihyo has purchased a building worth ₩4.00 billion KRW (about $2.79 million USD) in Seongsu-dong in cash has garnered much attention online.
The building, which includes a basement and three above-ground floors, was purchased in March last year. A month later, she registered as a housing rental business operator and completed the registration of a private rental house.
The building is considered prime property with high future value, located in the Seongsu Strategic Redevelopment Zone 2, where large-scale redevelopment is planned.
While most responses praised her financial skills, others criticized her for being unrelatable.
