Woozi is the producer of Hoshi X Woozi’s song “Echo” created for the leader class mission.

However, many netizens are finding issue with the lyrics.

In particular, the duo is name dropped in the song: “Hoshi x Woozi, who came last time, didn’t die and came back again.”

The clips from the show have gone viral with many netizens pointing out the “cringey” lyrics. Others find the song itself underwhelming for the mission.

  • “What’s with the lyrics?”
  • “They gathered some of the best dancers, and this is just embarrassing…”
  • “What even is ‘HoshiWoozi’ supposed to mean……”
  • “Was this song made specifically for the ranking mission and not actually a SEVENTEEN song? Then why did they put their own names in it…?”
  • “Did Hoshi and Woozi write the song themselves?”
  • “It’s honestly so bad… What is this?”
