Famed K-Hip-Hop Rapper Sued for Trespassing Into Female Singer’s Dorm

He was cleared of charges.

Rapper San E has been cleared of all charges after being sued by a fellow artist under his own agency for alleged trespassing and other offenses. Back in May, San E made headlines when it was revealed that he had been sued by Chinese artist Leta, who is signed under his agency, FameUs Entertainment.

According to the complaint, while Leta was staying in China due to visa expiration issues, San E allegedly instructed an associate named Mr. Jung to enter Leta’s residence without her consent and either move or discard furniture and personal belongings stored there.

In March, Leta filed a complaint against San E and Jung, accusing them of joint trespassing and joint concealment of property. Meanwhile, San E was also previously booked for allegedly assaulting a passerby with a mobile phone at a park in Mapo-gu, Seoul. That case resulted in a deferred prosecution on the charge of special assault.

On July 8 ,2025,  San E shared a screenshot on his personal social media account showing a message from the Korean National Police Agency’s National Investigation Headquarters.

The message read, “This is the Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul. We inform you that the case regarding your violation of the Act on Punishment of Violent Acts (joint trespassing, joint destruction of property, etc.) has been closed due to insufficient evidence. The case has been dismissed (no charges).”

As such, he has since been cleared of all charges.
