As the promotions for this comeback kicked off, netizens couldn’t help but notice how well the group pulled off the live performances, delivering both powerful choreography and vocals.

While in K-Pop, it is standard for artists to nail singing and dancing simultaneously during live performances, ILLIT’s constant improvement has gained special attention. But attaining that level of vocal stability has not been an easy task for the group.

Recently, ILLIT released a behind-the-scenes vlog on their YouTube channel, showing their preparation process for this comeback. In the video, the group can be seen training to perform “Jellyous” by singing the song while running on the treadmill. All five members were in complete sync with their vocals and their steps on the treadmill!

According to Wonhee, the group usually practices its live vocals while doing the choreography, but they chose this hardcore training method because the “Jellyous” choreography was harder.

After one round of running-while-singing, the members shockingly admitted that they found it easier than singing while doing the choreography. Regardless, they kept pushing until they were satisfied with the results.
